Vitamin K2 is a fat-soluble vitamin. Originally it was considered to be only one of the variants of vitamin K. Recent research has shown that it fulfills its function, namely calcium uptake from the extracellular space and binding to the bone. Vitamin K2 is essential in the process of bone mineralization, cell growth and protein metabolism of the vascular wall.

Recommended dosage
1 softgel twice a day.

Ingredients
Content of 2 capsules: Vitamin K2 (menaquinone) 200 µg (266 % of nutrient reference values); Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) 10 µg (400 IU, 200% of nutrient reference values).
Remark for products containing extracs: In the interest of easier orientation in the quantities of the active ingredients in extracts we indicate their actual (original) amount.

Precautions
It is not designed for children up to 3 years of age.
