Directions for use
For the first 3 days 5 ml with main meal, then gradually increase the dosage up to 15 ml 40-60 minutes before training. We also recommend using it in salads for main dishes. Always take with food, not on an empty stomach. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage, i.e. a maximum of 30 ml per day.
